Our Columbian Nectar beans come from the estate of a close family friend, who has recently arranged to make a portion of their crop available in the U.S. When roasted just a little beyond a normal light roast, Castillo beans have a remarkable fruit-forward character ranging from lemon to orange to grapefruit as the brew cools.
